About Organic Farming Italy - the community for the promotion of sustainable agriculture in Italy
About Organic Farming Italy: the best ideas are born in the belly. So was the idea that led to the creation of Organic Farming Italy. It was born when Bianca Bartolozzi and Ubaldo Spangnolo decided that they no longer wanted to use this magical piece of land on which they live and farm organically. They wanted to share it with people who feel and think like they do – have the enthusiasm for organic farming inside them, for acting sustainably and living in harmony with nature. And one way to bring this paradise closer to like-minded people is the idea of letting some of the thousand organic olive trees be adopted and thus learn more about Organic Farming.
Today, there is a company in Germany that handles the German-speaking business, My Bio Farm GmbH. It is the contractual partner for companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Our organic farms
Our organic farmers in the region always have one thing in common that goes beyond Organic Farming Italy: they think, feel and work one hundred percent organically. At the moment they cultivate over 60 hectares of organic land, growing vegetables, fruit and wine in addition to olives in Liguria. And they produce pesto, pickled olives next to fresh organic eggs and organic honey.
Due to the great success of Organic Farming Italy, other farmers and beekeepers have become aware of us. That’s how we grow about integrating more farms. In this way, through Organic Farming Italy, an ever-increasing area is created that is cultivated in a sustainable way.
Impressions from Bio Farming
In addition to producing organic food through Organic Farming Italy, sustainable agriculture has side benefits that always excite us. By that we don’t just mean the incredible blooms on the farms. Rather, we discover more and more rare herbs and insects that are almost impossible to find elsewhere.
Thus, our farms that offer their products through Organic Farming Italy are living proof of the promotion of biodiversity through sustainable agriculture. And in this way a lot is achieved through Organic Farming in our area.
